I am passionate about helping others grow in their capacity to live life more fully, better understand themselves, develop stronger relationships and discover healthier ways of dealing with life challenges. Whether working with individuals or couples, I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgemental and safe therapeutic space, in which clients can undertake their own personal journey of positive change. I take a holistic approach in my practice, recognising that physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of the individual all contribute to healthy functioning.
I have particular experience in working with individuals and couples seeking integration of their Christian faith as part of their counselling. Having lived in multiple countries, my cross-cultural worldview has equipped me for working sensitively with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds.
