Dimity has experience with a diverse client population, right across the lifespan, however she is passionate about working therapeutically with children, adolescents and their families. After completing her Psychology studies, Dimity gained experience across non-government organisations, public mental health services and the education sector. She developed a strong clinical framework through her work supporting adolescents and children presenting with trauma, low mood, anxiety, eating difficulties, school refusal and a range of behavioural difficulties.
Dimity has a special interest working with the parents of younger children, providing therapeutic support around attachment, early childhood behaviour and developmental issues. Dimity uses a variety of evidence-based treatment methods appropriate for child & adolescent populations and works collaboratively with young people and their families.
