I am a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practioner Agency (AHPRA). My therapeutic practice draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused and Clinical EFT. My aim in therapy is to build a respectful and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. This helps to make everyone feel safe when working on personal concerns. I work collaboratively with clients and encourage them to provide feedback about what is and isn't helpful to help tailor sessions specifically to meet their goals.
My areas of interest include: Anxiety and OCD, PTSD, teen and families, parenting Support, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, pregnancy related counselling support. Clinical EFT: EFT is a sort after skillset. I am trained and certified in this modality. This is a great skill to learn for stress-reduction & regulation.
