I meet you where you are at. I work from a person centred perspective, to provide you with a caring, non- judgemental and supportive space; to work through whatever life issues may be troubling you. Working together, we can explore your concerns and the effect you feel these things are having on the “whole” of your well-being. Your counselling journey should be supportive and empowering. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a variety of tools and techniques as no one approach fits everyone. My specialist interest is in evidence based, mindfulness counselling therapies and holistic health through differing life stages. I also work with the mind/body connection, to help you improve your overall well-being as well as your mental health.
