Therapy is a space for brave souls, and I'm here to welcome them. As a couples and relationship counsellor, I support partners and spouses through the complex dance of connection and intimacy.
Whether you're feeling anxious, numb, or disconnected, I work to reduce the fear of conflict and replace it with understanding and growth.
I have enjoyed a career that has now spanned close to 6 years supporting couples, first as a relationship and intimacy coach and then qualifying as a fully fledged counsellor and couples therapist.
I reject one-size-fits-all methods and instead use a unique blend of evidence-based practice, creative, and trauma-focused care to address specific challenges like infidelity, sexual difficulties, communication breakdowns, build distress tolerance with partnership, parenting, and offer neuro affirming and culturally safe practice to couples
In my spare time, I adore reading fiction (unfortunately of the lowbrow trashy sort) , do Qi Gong most days along with a granny, love a good board game night with friends and family, and have a deep love for green spaces and nature despite having zero green thumbs (please never ask me to look after your pot plants!).
