I work holistically with clients, utilising whatever therapies are appropriate. Two clients with the same presenting issues may have very different underlying cause, e.g. anxiety and depression may be work related or from past trauma amongst other causes and need different therapy.
My expertise includes working with dyslexic, ADHD and other neurodiverse clients. As a late diagnosed dyslexic myself, I understand that standardised ways of working can often be inappropriate for clients. We think differently, feel differently, learn differently and should be counselled as individuals.
