| 中文 For the past four years, I have been providing family therapy, specializing in working with adolescents with high-risk behaviours and supporting family relationship repair. I also provide interventions for individuals with mental health issues from various cultural backgrounds. My background includes work in the sectors of youth justice, as well as with families with complex needs, children and adolescents with behavioural issues, and individual counselling. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both Cantonese and English, I use a strengths-based approach to help clients explore their challenges and develop new perspectives.
I will help you explore the core issues that impact your life, using an integrative approach that draws on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, for example, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Psychoeducation about your well-being, along with tailored interventions, will be provided to suit your needs.
