I work with people aged 12 and up. My aim is to help people achieve their goals and be able to fully experience their lives. I work with adolescents who are navigating a new world of independence and exploration; those in their early 20s who are identifying what they want in life, those of parenting age experiencing fertility/pregnancy issues, and people of all ages going through mental, physical and relationship problems.
I have a background in Trauma Focused CBT, and have worked with those at risk of suicide and self harm. I have experience working with perinatal and postnatal mental health problems and a strong understanding of the Circle of Security attachment program. My expertise in Schema Therapy has provided a good base for many mental health issues.
I have a genuine interest and care for my clients. I am able to sit with the them in whatever they may be going through and gently help navigate them to a better place.
