Welcome to Fields of Hope Counselling - we are a telehealth counselling and clinical supervision practice, based in Sydney. We believe in the power of restoration, resilience, and hope. Whether you're navigating life transitions, wrestling with anxiety or depression, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships or identity, you are welcome here. This is a space where your story matters, and healing is possible.
I bring a compassionate, client-centred approach to the counselling space, working with people from diverse backgrounds as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions.
With experience across both national mental health services and in private practice, I offer clients an integrative framework that includes Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused approaches. My practice is informed by a deep appreciation for Family Systems theory and the meaningful integration of faith and psychology.
I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are. Our work together is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I provide short- and long-term support for individuals and couples, and have a particular heart for working with those from Asian backgrounds, and those navigating the intersection of spirituality and mental health.
