Deeper Potential (Dan Van der Pluym) is a mental health and wellbeing coaching service specialising in helping adults with ADHD implement habits, systems and strategies to better manage their time, energy and attention. Dan also specialises in working with people who have experienced burnout, failure, lost motivation and hope, to help them build a renewed sense of energy, hope, purpose and meaning in their lives.
With an academic background in Psychology, Dan is registered through Meditation Australia as a mindfulness facilitator, and an Accredited personal development coach. Dan offers a humanistic, person centred and collaborative approach for clients to explore in building a pathway towards greater personalised meaning and fulfilment.
Dan has experienced and worked through his own life challenges, and therefore relates to clients with empathy and compassion. He will work with you to develop a person-centred, holistic program to get you back on track. Servicing clients remotely via video link and in person with offices located in Melbourne CBD.
