I work with adults and with children aged 10 and older. I believe that every client is unique and that therapy should be tailored to meet your individual needs. I’m experienced in working with a range of presentations including mood/anxiety/personality disorders, OCD, sleep issues, anger, grief, trauma and more, with a particular focus on gender diversity. I also am able to provide assessments to diagnose ADHD and autism.
I offer a safe, supportive space in which I can help you navigate issues with your mental health, overcome challenges, work towards goals and improve your wellbeing for the long term. I work in a cognitive behavioural therapy framework, incorporating aspects of other modalities, such as acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and EMDR.
I’m passionate about supporting people with diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities and cultural backgrounds, and am poly, kink and sex worker positive. I'm neurodiversity affirming and have a lived experience of ADHD. I usually work on Gadigal land (Sydney, Australia), but I provide an online-only therapy service to fit your lifestyle.
