Anxiety, depression, low moods, disorientation and purposeless are common, understandable and often immobilising responses to challenging life events. I can help you resolve the most difficult of experiences and feelings following bereavement, serious illness, marginalisation, loss of work or relationships, or from just living in this challenging world. I can help you with immediate challenges and help you heal and integrate past wounds so you can go on to live your best life. Knowing someone cares, is deeply listening and can meet your deepest fears and unresolved feelings can be truly life-changing - I know!
I use an integrated, person centred, humanistic approach to support clients affected by challenging life events or who have been marginalised simply for being themselves. I will help you to find courage, acceptance and resolve to navigate the most difficult of experiences and feelings and to find a pathway through.
I offer a compassionate non judgmental space where together, we make sense of your experiences and feelings, explore your inner wisdom, and identify strengths and resources to get you back on your feet and enjoying life again. Email or call me to organise a free 15 minute chat.
