With over 20 years’ experience, I offer couples counselling using a warm, practical and direct approach informed by Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I help couples recognise and change unhelpful patterns. I also offer 1–3 day couples intensives for those wanting dedicated time to work more deeply on their relationship.
Relationships can be challenging, even when you care deeply about one another. Change is possible when both partners are willing to look at their part and try something different.
