I’m a clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as a range of other challenges such as trauma, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, adjustment/life transitions, addiction, chronic stress and burnout, grief and loss, and questions around identity and self-worth. Many of the people I see feel stuck in some way. They are often facing difficult decisions, feeling unsure or ambivalent about something, or sensing that they want more from life but aren’t quite sure how to move towards it. I often work with those in human service/caring roles.
My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational approaches. I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology, as well as degrees in Psychological Science (Honours) and Human Resource Management. Over the past decade, I have worked across private practice, inpatient, and educational settings, developing a trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach.
I work from the understanding that therapy should be a collaborative space where we can explore and make sense of the factors contributing to your current concerns. My approach in the room is flexible and responsive. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
