As a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience, I help people learn how to manage and overcome emotional and mental health challenges (eg, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, emotion regulation, grief & loss). I provide assessment and treatment services for adults using contemporary approaches. My aim is to empower you.
Outside of my private practice I also help communities & organisations prepare for and recover from disasters. I am an Honorary Fellow (Clinical) at Melbourne University & am a member of the Children and Disasters Advisory Committee. I’m also an advising panel member for the Victorian State Government’s (DFFH) Psychosocial Reference Group.
