I am a therapist able to help by listening to your personal or mental health difficulty with empathy without judgement and guiding you in proven psychological approaches to address the problems. Whatever your personal of mental health difficulty there are effective ways of addressing the problems and I am very happy to assist.
I have worked for many years as a mental health Social Worker and I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness approaches. I offer online and phone appointments as well as in person appointments in the Huon Valley area. Appointments are approximately one hour. My Medicare eligible services are bulk billed.
I am able to help with anxiety and depression, grief/loss, OCD, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder and Schizophrenia. I offer a respectful and accepting professional approach in dealing with the problem you are wanting help for.
