I have nearly 20 years of experience helping people address a range of concerns.
Through a careful assessment of your current problems, I will help you to identify and overcome the obstacles that are keeping you stuck, while helping you live a more rewarding and engaging life. In many cases, I help people to feel like their former selves. I achieve this through using sound psychological approaches that have proven to work.
Everybody experiences struggles in life. Sometimes it just becomes too overwhelming. I will work collaboratively with you and listen without judgement.
