My approach is grounded in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), a collaborative, evidence-based framework. I work with impulse control, anger, LGBTQIA+ identity, chronic illness, complex trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, shame and men's wellbeing. I'm available Online evenings and Saturday.
Many of us were never taught how to understand our own patterns, why we react the way we do, why certain things keep repeating, why managing alone isn't enough. As adults, these patterns affect our work, relationships and sense of self in ways we don't always see clearly. With the right support, real change is possible.
But there is hope.
Patterns that drive our reactions, anger, impulsivity and emotional shutdown, often have roots that go deeper than the surface behaviour. With the right support those patterns can be understood and genuinely changed. My approach is based in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) to map what's underneath, collaboratively and at your pace.
