My therapeutic style is compassionate & non-judgmental, with the aim of helping you to connect with your emotions to better develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I believe that while pain is inevitable in life, suffering does not need to be. Through our work together I am confident that the experience of deeply connecting with your emotions in a safe environment will empower and embolden you to live a life of greater clarity and confidence.
I have a range of experience working with people who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, work-related stress, parenting challenges as well as difficulties with self-esteem and assertiveness.
