I am a registered psychologist who is a sole practitioner providing psychological therapy for adults, teens, and children out of a very discrete premises. Appointments are available on weekday afternoons and Saturdays, and sessions are spaced out to ensure privacy. Flexibility is also provided to clients who can choose to make their own bookings online or choose face-to-face or video telehealth appointments.

I have had a broad range of work and life experiences. I provide a range of types of therapy including ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and supportive counselling.
