It's important to me to take time to develop a trusting and supportive therapeutic dynamic. I provide therapy and autism assessment services. I place an emphasis on working collaboratively and will work with you to help you achieve your desired goals, develop personal insights, and provide strategies and support to help you manage your mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, ASD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, and adjustment stress. I offer therapy to people for a wide range of issues across the lifespan, from adolescents to adults. I offer psychological counselling and assessments (autism assessment).
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist. You will be able to claim a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan. I offer a free 10-minute consultation prior to the first session to see if working together will be the right fit. I recently started a new private practice in July 2023 after working rurally for many years and there is a 2-4 week waitlist.
