Whether dealing with stress, trauma, anxiety, low mood, or navigating neurodiversity, we will work together to get you where you want to be.
I'm an integrative therapist, meaning that I am trained in several modalities of therapy (including EMDR, CBT, SFBT, & ACT), and in how to use them in effective combination with one another. This allows us to have a flexible toolkit so we can adjust how we "do therapy" to best suit you. I work often with: Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, OCD, Low Mood, & ADHD/Autism.
