My clients are typically seeking peace in areas of their life involving, but not limited to: Relationships; Substance Use; Parenting; Grief & Loss; Trauma; Career Management.
My approach is to agree a therapy plan with each client, based on their needs and preferences. I draw on my experience and training in therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or CFT, based on client needs and always support this with a trauma-informed, person-centred and strengths-based approach.
Most of my clinical work has been through not-for-profit organisations and private hospitals servicing local communities. I aim to offer individual counselling services at an affordable price, to reach clients who need help, but are unable to access free counselling services (e.g. are on a long waitlist).
