I am a Psychologist who focuses on developing a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to support the path to mental and emotional well-being. I have a passion for removing barriers to accessing psychological therapy, and for cultivating work/life balance. I understand that life can be busy when juggling work, family, parenting, relationships (& more) therefore sessions are available in my office in Maroochydore or via telehealth.
I provide evidence-based therapies tailored to each individual and strive to develop insight and understanding, cultivate helpful thinking patterns, develop skills and strategies, and ultimately empower a person to feel able to manage life's obstacles. Each treatment plan is personalised to address the unique needs of every individual.
Therapy modalities available include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a Board Approved Supervisor with a passion for supporting early career psychologists on their journey to registration.
