I work with everyday people, like myself, navigating life’s toughest challenges including depression, addiction, anxiety, feelings of unworthiness, purposelessness, or suicidal thoughts. I also support those experiencing relationship breakdowns, grief, or uncertainty about the future. Before I found my calling, I worked many years in mining, firefighting, chaplaincy and account managing, gaining firsthand experience of the real-world challenges people face. I provide non-judgemental, confidential guidance and support to help you navigate life’s challenges.
I studied Counselling at the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Christian Ministry and Theology at Vision International College, a Cert IV in Business and Entrepreneurship, and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Counselling at Tabor College aiming for a Masters by late 2028, I bring professional knowledge and practical insight.
Having experience in a broken home, losing an extended family member who took their own life, and having battled addictions myself, I am deeply passionate about helping prevent similar tragedies. Drawing on both personal experience and professional training, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to be heard.
