I am a Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to helping people with a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. These commonly include Anxiety, Depression, Addictions and Trauma, as well as difficulties related to Identity, Self-Esteem, Relationships, and Emotion Regulation.

I take an integrative, depth-oriented and evidence-based approach, blending elements of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT and DBT to fit each person's needs and address both current symptoms and their underlying causes.
