Daniel is a clinical psychologist based in Chatswood on Sydney's North Shore. He understands that each individual has complex experiences that can shape difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviours. Daniel believes that having a strong therapeutic relationship and a deep understanding of an individual's life experiences can bring awareness, clarity and promote mental wellbeing. Daniel aims to work collaboratively with his client's to identify goals and to provide evidence-based therapies suited to making meaningful changes.
I work with individuals experiencing longstanding emotional difficulties and problem behaviours such as avoidance of emotions, people pleasing, approval seeking, anger, persistent low mood & motivation, shame & embarrassment, low self-esteem, overthinking & stress within relationships, self-deprecation, intense fear, anxiety & the need for control.
I understand that every individual comes with their own unique experiences and that sometimes talking about these experiences can be difficult. I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship can help with opening up these conversations in a safe and supportive way.
