Daniel is a friendly and compassionate psychologist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. He has worked in a number of public and private therapeutic settings, and is dedicated to helping his clients to achieve their personal goals and improve well-being through the development of a strong therapeutic relationship combined with practical, evidence-based treatment methods.
Daniel has a special interest in the areas of eating disorders, men's mental health, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as anger and stress management, communication and assertiveness skills development, and school/study support (including procrastination).
Daniel also enjoys supporting people with general personal development goals, to help them to build confidence and live in a manner consistent with their personal values and ambitions. Daniel’s approach to therapy is informed by evidence-based treatments such as CBT, CBT-E, ACT, and DBT.
