I am counsellor and psychotherapist working with adolescents and adults experiencing low self esteem, difficulties in their relationships, experiencing anxiety, depression, and work difficulties. I also have a particular interest in working with people that have experienced childhood trauma. It is so important for people to have a safe and confidential space where their experience can be seen and heard and where they can begin to work through and recover from the effects of trauma.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience, I provide a respectful environment where you can be helped to explore and understand your emotional world and relationships with others. Deeper self understanding provides people with greater agency and choice when managing difficult emotions and developing more fulfilling relationships with others.
I believe that therapy can be a transformative experience that enables people to achieve a greater understanding, peace, connection and health. I offer face to face therapy session in Glenelg and Frewville.
