I am a Clinical Psychologist who brings a warm and compassionate approach to my work with the aim of creating a therapeutic space in which each person feels respected and understood. Together we can examine how your problems have come about, help you understand your internal world more deeply, and provide you with the opportunity to take action to make meaningful changes. Many people benefit from therapy by learning to recognise and handle painful feelings, building their capacity to cope with stress, and cultivating new ways to thrive in their relationships, work, and lives.
I draw primarily on psychodynamic psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as adjunctive approaches when they support a client's goals. Above all, I work collaboratively to tailor therapy to each person's unique goals and needs.
