Relationship therapy starts with a first session of getting to know the couple (their issues and goals), followed by an individual session each, an optional online assessment, and ongoing joint sessions where I collaborate the the couple to formulate a therapy plan based on goals and assessment, followed by treatment integrated with the Gottman methodology.
