I'm a neurodivergent affirming counsellor operating via Telehealth. I work with adults who are looking for support through various life challenges and experiences, including stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, gender identity, ADHD and Autism. I value providing a space in which you are seen and heard without fear of judgement. We can identify areas that you'd like to focus on, and set goals for those inclined. My approach uses evidence based therapy that is suited specifically to you.
I'll work in collaboration with you, looking at the whole picture of your life and what might help in navigating the challenges that present themselves. For you this might mean being able to vent, an empathetic and non-judgemental listener, or support around making changes in alignment to your values.
