I'm a Clinical Psychology Registrar based in Fremantle, Western Australia. I work with adults navigating complex and longstanding psychological difficulties — particularly where earlier experiences have shaped how a person relates to themselves and to others. My practice is exploratory, insight-focused, and collaborative. I work with adults experiencing the impact of trauma, personality difficulties, relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, veterans' mental health, and alcohol and other drug difficulties. Prior to training in psychology, I served in the Australian Defence Force.
My work is informed by psychoanalytic thinking, attending to the relational patterns and early experiences that shape how we experience ourselves and others. I also draw on CBT and humanistic approaches where clinically indicated. My clinical background spans the lifespan, including sexual assault and trauma, drug and alcohol, and rural mental health.
