I offer a space to work with a variety of issues including finding deeper self connection and self worth, exploring dreams, psychosomatic issues, relationship issues, nature connection, life purpose and grief. I use the modality of Process Oriented Psychology influenced by Jungian psychology, to help illuminate what is meaningful and healing within ourselves and our experience and to gain insights for personal growth and self awareness. I also offer relationship sessions. Pacfa accredited with Metavision Institute.
I facilitate and bring forth the inherent capacity already existing within and around us and bring tools and techniques to deal with challenges. I hold a gentle, loving and attentive space to allow what is present to come into enhanced awareness in a structured yet fluid way so it can be known and integrated.
