I believe that the relationship between a client and therapist is one of the most important factors to successful therapy and building a strong, trusting foundation is key. I really enjoy supporting people to work through the emotional blocks which are preventing them from living their fullest life. The focus of my work is usually around developing an understanding a client's story and their unmet needs, supporting them to meet those needs, develop compassion for themselves, and cope with challenges.
