My ideal client is someone struggling with life. The struggle could be with marriage/relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, working through trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, or maybe they just need to talk through a concern, or a major life decision. Whatever the issue they are seeking a good and caring listener who will help them to set clear goals in order to move forward with their life. They are ready for change and the work that’s required to bring it about.
I’m passionate about collaborating with and empowering clients to steer their life’s journey in a way that is meaningful for them, and which then enables them to move forward with God’s purpose and plan for their lives. As a Christian counsellor, I use an approach that integrates Psychology, Spirituality and Theology.
