NO Availability at present: Are difficult childhood or past adult experiences continuing to impact your life now? These 'traumas' can lead you to feeling anxious, depressed, angry, not good enough, dissatisfied in relationships/ work. You might be soothing with harmful behaviours or substances. Together we focus on settling your nervous system and addressing safely how the past experiences impacted you. Talking alone is not enough when working with these past experiences. Brainspotting Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapies address your brain and body. They are integrated into our work.
"What really matters to me?" is a question we will explore together in your first session. Your personal list then becomes your inner guide that keeps you directed toward growth and healing (especially on those hard days when you "can't be bothered" or have lapsed ).
I take a down to earth approach and we work as a team to facilitate your process. I understand that it can be uncomfortable making contact. I clearly remember feeling the same way.
