Hi, I am Cristina and I’m an ACA-accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed support to adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I work holistically, integrating body and mind to foster healing, self-awareness, and lasting change. I’m both Australian and Spanish, and fluent in English and Spanish. I welcome people from all cultural backgrounds, including the LGBTIQ+ community, and offer an inclusive, safe space where you can feel deeply supported. WorkSafe/WorkCover also available.
I work one-on-one and with couples facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity or intimacy concerns, existential challenges, emotional challenges, and a sense of disconnection. I support healing from attachment wounds and explore meaning, belonging, and self-worth. I am currently studying Somatic Experiencing - Advanced.
My warmth, empathy, presence - as well as my creativity and sense of humour - are at the heart of every therapeutic encounter, creating a foundation for mutual trust and collaboration. I’m also a skilled Dance Movement Therapist, and my background as a dancer and movement therapist has deeply shaped my ability to attune to the somatic language of the body.
