Our psychologist Peta Marceau has a client-centered, neurodiverse-affirming, and trauma-informed approach, which aims to empower individuals to build resilience and create meaningful change. She uses evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused and Narrative therapy alongside Play, Sandtray and Art therapies.
Our focus is to help individuals develop core skills in improving mental health, including self-compassion, awareness and acceptance.
