As well as being trained in counselling, I am also an experienced general nurse, midwife, maternal health nurse & therefore, I understand the impact of mental health issues on health. I specialise in relationship counselling, couple counselling, managing individual self esteem & anxiety, antenatal & postnatal issues such as bonding & life transitions.
Professional counselling provides you with a collaborative platform in which you can express your grievances and concerns without judgement. Creating Connections Counselling is based in Narrabundah, Canberra. I provide comprehensive assessment, which will include practical approaches, strategies & reading materials.
