I see clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), & difficulties with emotional regulation. They may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, struggle to understand their reactions, or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Others may be working through the impact of past experiences, particularly those related to attachment & trauma, and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. In sessions, I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of judgment.
Drawing from CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and ACT, I take an integrative & collaborative approach. I have a particular interest in attachment and trauma, helping clients understand how past experiences shape their present emotions and behaviours. My background in youth work & crisis support counselling and I am adept working with a diverse range of clients.
I understand that seeking support can feel like a big step. My aim is to make therapy a non-judgemental & relaxed experience where clients feel comfortable being themselves. If you’re looking to feel heard & supported to build emotional strength, self assurance and a deeper connection to yourself, please reach out.
