I am a clinical psychologist and work with adult clients in person in Brunswick East and online Australia wide. I enjoy working with people to improve their overall mental health and wellbeing and have experience working with anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, dissociation, relationship concerns, stress, burnout, grief, difficulties managing emotions, and life changes. I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks and modalities, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Schema Therapy and mindfulness and tailor my approach to fit the needs and experiences of each client.
I am trained in and have experience providing Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy in a private clinic in Melbourne. At my practice I provide psychedelic integration therapy for individuals who have had experiences with these medicines and are seeking support to help process and integrate these experiences.
My aim is to provide a safe, trusting and compassionate space for you to explore your inner world and the sources of your struggle. Together we can help you to build a deeper understanding of yourself along with skills necessary to create lasting changes that support not only your mental health but your overall wellbeing.
