Hi, I’m Courtney. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a strong passion for supporting people through life’s toughest moments. Whether you're dealing with the stress of everyday life or carrying the weight of past trauma, I’m here to support you through it. I work with Bloom Well-being in Brisbane, and support teens, adults, and families affected by trauma, including childhood trauma, as well as domestic, family, and sexual violence. I also support people experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm issues, perinatal mental health concerns, low self-esteem, workplace challenges, life transitions, and PTSD.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I also offer EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps people process traumatic or distressing experiences, focusing on healing rather than simply symptom management. Together, we will find the right approach for you.

At times life can feel overwhelming, especially after you’ve experienced something that has shaken your sense of safety and left you questioning who you are. We will work toward healing in a way that feels right for you. Whatever you are facing, you don't have to do it alone.
