I use an eclectic approach, to me, it’s all about the client. I listen to what’s important to the client and explore options to help clients reach desired outcome. For me going into private practice was so I could create the environment that the client feels welcome, relaxed and safe to talk about anything. I Believe that my role is to guide the client to where they what to be. Life is about living not existing therefore let’s create the history you want.
I work a lot with relationships, whether it’s a work relationship, couples, premarital, same sex couples or separating couples. I help or guide clients to gain tools, strategies to create a healthier history. All relationships are important and need various amount of commitment. I guide clients to become aware and acknowledge what each can improve.
To me the relationship with my client is the most important. I’m approachable and understanding and I am honoured that client’s trust me with their narrative. I am client focused and work to empower clients to reach their goals. I consider myself friendly and engaging. I am here to help ease emotional pain, explore options and work with you.
