I offer a solution focused, empowered, approach for the treatment of childhood trauma, Cluster B abuse recovery (Narcissistic, Psychopathy), relationship breakups, unresolved grief, addictions or any challenges that leave you feeling triggered, lost or stuck .I have a lived trauma experience, use Jungian psychology , EMDR, Flash, Havening, NLP, DBT, ACT ,CBT, Symbols, metaphors and rituals toward evidence based, existential, somatic whole person outcomes. I have over 25 years experience in private practise and as a Head Therapist at two health facilities.I am a level 4 Supervisor, author and creator of Symbols, Metaphors & rituals.
I provide Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychodrama, NLP, CBT, ACT, DBT, Modern Buddhism, Metaphors, Symbolism and Rituals to promote focused, strategic change. As a Trauma informed therapist with a lived experience of CPTSD I understand the layers, the complexities and that trauma is subjective both in how it is experienced and how it is healed.
