I have a lived trauma experience and focus on the solutions or new adaptogens that rewire your brain and calms your nervous system . With extensive training and 30 yrs professional experience in Jungian Psychology, EMDR, Flash, Havening, NLP, DBT, ACT ,CBT, Psychodynamic , somatic, & Clinical Hypnosis , I’m solutions focused in behavioural change and encourage the Neuro plasticity abilities of your brain to heal thy self!

I have successfully owned a private practice for 30 years and was Senior Therapist at a dual diagnosis facility specialised in addictions, narcissistic abuse recovery, CPTSD and Trauma. I conducted individual sessions and groups with some of the highest risks individuals. These experiences provided a strong skill set towards all layered human behaviours.

I believe every person deserves a life free from the past and the adaptogens learnt in survival mode . Healing requires rewiring the brain and feeling safe in the body.
