Are you looking for a way to feel better, to gain clarity on who you are and what you want? Are you looking for someone to support you through navigating life's challenges without constantly feeling like you're "failing" or "not good enough"? Does the road you are on feel lonely, uncertain or overwhelming? Do you want to believe that things can get better?
I am passionate about journeying with people of all ages through life's hardest seasons. I am a gentle and calming presence in the storm, an encourager when it all feels impossible and full of practical ideas for when you don't see a way forward.
As a counsellor, my expertise lies in helping individuals navigate personal challenges, manage emotional struggles, and develop healthier coping mechanisms to lead more fulfilling, balanced lives. I provide a trusting, safe and non-judgemental space to work with my clients where the client-therapist relationship is highly valued.
Are you looking for someone to journey with you through your particular life hurdle, someone who will make you feel seen and heard and someone who will care for you wholeheartedly throughout that process? You have come to the right place. I am looking forward to meeting you and discovering how we can work together to achieve your counselling goals.
