I use Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative & Expressive Therapies, which are highly effective for treating anxiety-mediated disorders. Therapy involves exploration of personal issues via talking and other forms of expression, that help clients gain insight into their problems, and develop new perspectives and strategies that support a process of positive change.
