With 15 years of dedicated experience as a psychologist, I am deeply committed to providing therapeutic support to adolescents aged 14 and above, extending through to adulthood. My practice is built upon a foundation of comprehensive experience, working with a diverse clientele representing all walks of life. This breadth of experience has equipped me to address a wide spectrum of psychological challenges, including Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Incidents, Specific Fears, Phobias, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism.
I employ a multifaceted therapeutic approach, primarily utilizing EMDR for trauma processing, complemented by CBT to address unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and ACT to foster psychological flexibility. This integrative method empowers clients to build resilience and improve their mental well-being.
