I am an experienced Trauma and attachment Counsellor. I provide a safe place to be heard and feel valued. I help clients question things which can help them understand why they occur at a deeper level, and provide practical tools so they feel inspired to create the change they're looking for.
I often help clients unpack past trauma and difficult relationships with either parents or other significant people in their lives. We usually begin chatting about childhood experiences and go from there. During this journey many other areas are considered and explored.
