Hi. I'm Karen. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? I provide a safe, calm space where you can explore your experiences and learn practical tools to process your emotions. I combine talk therapy, EFT tapping, and a range of mind-body approaches to help process stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
With 30+ years experience, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma or difficulty coping with life transitions. I tailor each session to your unique needs. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed and focuses on providing you with the tools you need to move forward.
I offer face-to-face sessions at Stafford and North Lakes (Brisbane) and online counselling sessions worldwide.
